GOALS: Introduce the sport of wrestling, learn basic rules of the sport, have fun, create friendships, build confidence, educate parents and grow our wrestling community
PRACTICE DATES
Mon. Jan 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th
PRACTICE TIME
All practices will be from 6pm - 7pm
PRACTICE LOCATION
All Practices will be held at the Edison Building in the JGHS Wrestling Room

GROUP 2 - BOBCAT INTERMEDIATE
(AGE GROUP; 7 - 14 YEAR OLDS)
PROGRAM DETAILS
GOALS: Learn how to practice & become coachable, how be a good teammate, how to drill properly, how to handle winning & losing, how to approach competition while gaining an aptitude of our baseline technique.
